January 2016: Domestic Assault Charges

Disorderly Conduct

Police Report: Burrillville Police respond to a 911 hang up call at Client’s home, a home he shares with his mother and his brother. Upon arrival, Police observe Client’s brother to have a bloody lip and red marks on his face and neck. The also observe a table and other items broken about the living room. Both Client’s mother and brother give written statements to police saying Client was intoxicated and started a physical fight with his brother which resulted in all the damage to the home.

Criminal Case Result:

• DOMESTIC ASSAULT/BATTERY: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
• DOMESTIC MALICIOUS DAMAGE: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
• DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
